Okies! So I created this FAQ because i get the same questions addressed to me everyday, hopefully with this webpage I'll be able to cut down on my workload :P

The common questions I'm getting! (And their answers)

1. What is your bank acct?
(Its already stated actually) POSB Savings 126-93297-9

2. Do you do postage? And what are the additional costs. (This query is for local cuyers)
Yes i do. Normal postage is $1.50+$1/extra pair. Registered postage is $3+$1/extra pair.

3. Do you do meetups? For payment/collection.
Yes i do, but ONLY at bedok or bugis~ Just a note, I only allow payment before I send off your order to GEO, I do not accept Cash-On-Delivery/Paying for the lenses as I hand them over to you =x

4. Which lenses enlarge eyes?
All of them do. Except the conventional soft lenses and Geo Festival/Animation Lenses =)
I recommend the geo angel, magic and tear lenses series if you're looking for enlargement.

5. Are we allowed to order one-side only?
Yes.

6. Do we need to order 2 pairs if our eyesight' degree is different for left/right eye?
No. Only need to order 1 pair, different degree is ok.

7. Can we order separate kinds of lenses for a pair(E.G. left eye geo angel brown, right eye T-705)
Yes! You can :)

8. What is the order format/How do we send our orders to you?

9. When will my lenses arrive when I order?
2 weeks after confirmation of entire batch order and payment with Geo for local.
3 weeks+ after confirmation of entire batch order and payment with Geo for overseas

10. Will my lenses arrive earlier than the stated date?
Possible. I will definitely mail them out earlier if they reach earlier.

11. Will you be emailing/smsing when lenses have arrived?
Certainly.

12. Will you mix up our orders since you are doing batch after batch?
No. I keep detailed records for each order. Not to worry ^^

13. Which lenses will i look nice in?
Subjective. This one u'll have to ask me personally for my opinion =p

14. Do you supply/will you sell cheaper if we buy more than one pair?
Yes I supply. Buying more than one pair does not guarantee a discount, only 5 pairs or more will.

15. Why are you not replying me even though your plugoo says "online"/ "hi u there?"
I do try to reply as much as I can, but unfortunately I happen to need to eat/shower as well =D Or sometimes its a peak period where I'm replying other things and accidentally miss out your convo window, if thats the case I apologise =x

16. Do you sell other companies' lenses such as NEO, GNG or DUEBA?
Not at the moment. However, my partner site at http://shopping-for-trend-lens.blogspot.com does sell GnG/Dueba.

17. Are you lenses authentic? Because they are so cheap! Are they from some china factory?
=.= Yes certainly they are authentic and fully certified, and not from some china factory. I do provide proof upon request for it.

18. Why didn't you ask for my address after I ordered, since I opted for postage?
I respect my buyers and hope that they have common sense to tell me their address without asking if they're doing postage ^^ Those that do not provide me with their address, I'll be assuming they want meetup~
